Instructies
- You can hold a block in yourrighthand as an option.
- From a standing position, place your right foot forward and bring all of your weight onto your right foot.
- Tip forward while lifting your left leg and taking your right arm with a block towards the ground balancing on the right foot and the right arm.
- Bend your left knee in the air and reach back with your left hand to grasp your left foot/ankle.
- Open chest further by pushing your left foot back.
- Hold this position for 30 seconds.
- Release the ankle from the hand and tip back sideways to standing position.
