Instructions

  • You can hold a block in yourrighthand as an option.
  • From a standing position, place your right foot forward and bring all of your weight onto your right foot.
  • Tip forward while lifting your left leg and taking your right arm with a block towards the ground balancing on the right foot and the right arm.
  • Bend your left knee in the air and reach back with your left hand to grasp your left foot/ankle.
  • Open chest further by pushing your left foot back.
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds.
  • Release the ankle from the hand and tip back sideways to standing position.
