Instructies
- From seated position, come on hands and knees and then lower down to lying flat on the belly.
- Reach your arms out on the floor in front of you.
- Inhale and lift your left arm and your right leg, hold 5 breaths.
- Exhale release down, than inhale, lift right arm and left leg.
- Hold for 5 breaths and release back onto your belly.
- This pose can be repeated 5-10 times.
- Come back in seated position.
