Instructions

  • From seated position, come on hands and knees and then lower down to lying flat on the belly.
  • Reach your arms out on the floor in front of you.
  • Inhale and lift your left arm and your right leg, hold 5 breaths.
  • Exhale release down, than inhale, lift right arm and left leg.
  • Hold for 5 breaths and release back onto your belly.
  • This pose can be repeated 5-10 times.
  • Come back in seated position.
