Instructies
- From seated position straighten your legs out in front you.
- Bend the right knee and pull it up close to the body.
- Keep your right foot active and flexed.
- Inhale and move the left arm up and reach forward towards your right toes.
- Rotate the left arm towards your left bent knee and wrap the arm around the bent knee.
- Wrap your right arm around your back and clasp hands together while folding forward towards right leg.
- Hold this position for a minimum of 5 breaths.
- To release, let go of the hands, sit up and straighten left leg.
- Come back to sitting position.
