Instructions

  • From seated position straighten your legs out in front you.
  • Bend the right knee and pull it up close to the body.
  • Keep your right foot active and flexed.
  • Inhale and move the left arm up and reach forward towards your right toes.
  • Rotate the left arm towards your left bent knee and wrap the arm around the bent knee.
  • Wrap your right arm around your back and clasp hands together while folding forward towards right leg.
  • Hold this position for a minimum of 5 breaths.
  • To release, let go of the hands, sit up and straighten left leg.
  • Come back to sitting position.
