Instructies

  • From seated position straighten your legs out in front you.
  • Bend the left knee and pull it up close to the body.
  • Open the left knee out to the side while placing left foot to the inside of the right leg.
  • Inhale and raise arms up and reach forward towards the right straight leg or foot.
  • Keeping the spine straight and belly and towards right thigh.
  • Hold this position for a minimum of 5 breaths.
  • To come out, inhale and release the right leg and sit up.
  • Then release the left leg out in front to return to sitting.
