Instructions
- From seated position straighten your legs out in front you.
- Bend the left knee and pull it up close to the body.
- Open the left knee out to the side while placing left foot to the inside of the right leg.
- Inhale and raise arms up and reach forward towards the right straight leg or foot.
- Keeping the spine straight and belly and towards right thigh.
- Hold this position for a minimum of 5 breaths.
- To come out, inhale and release the right leg and sit up.
- Then release the left leg out in front to return to sitting.
