Instructions
- From a seated position, come onto hands and knees and move into downward facing dog.
- Step into a high lunge with your right foot.
- Inhale while you raise your hands toward the ceiling.
- Lower your arms, parallel to the floor, palms down.
- Bend at the hip, place your left hand on the outside of right foot.
- Raise your right hand in the air and gaze at your right thumb.
- Hold this position for 30 seconds to a minute.
- To come out of the pose; exhale and place your hands on either side of the front foot.
- Place your right foot back and move back into downward facing dog.
- Return to sitting.
