What you’ll learn

Build a steady, safe yoga foundation you can return to anytime. Over 30 gentle sessions you’ll learn how to breathe with movement, align core standing and seated poses, and link simple Sun Salutation variations into short, repeatable flows. By the end you’ll be confident holding beginner postures (Warrior I/II, Tree, Chair, Downward Dog), moving smoothly between them, and using basic core and balance work (plank, boat) to feel stronger.

You’ll also pick up practical habits: a reliable warm-up, quick morning routines for energy, and calming sequences for recovery and relaxation. This course focuses on safety, posture awareness, and consistency. You will gain strength, flexibility, and the confidence to keep practicing beyond these 30 days.
