Stability Through Steady Movement

A grounded class that reinforces stability and control through familiar standing poses and smooth transitions.

Today’s session

In this lesson, the focus is on moving steadily and with intention. You will revisit standing poses you already know, giving you the opportunity to feel more confident and controlled as you transition between them. Familiarity allows you to focus less on what comes next and more on how you move.

As you practice, stay connected to your breath and let it guide the rhythm of your movements. Try to keep each transition calm and deliberate. If you feel rushed or unsteady, slow down and take a moment to reset. Consistency and awareness matter more than pace.

This lesson helps reinforce strong foundations while building trust in your body. By repeating and refining basic movements, you are creating stability that will support more variety and challenge later in the course.
