Instructions

  • From seated position, roll all the way back, bringing hips and legs over your head towards the ground behind you.
  • Attempting to get your toes on the ground.
  • Support your lower back with your hands.
  • If you feel stable you can release the hands and place the palms down, with your arms straight.
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds to a minute, or longer if desired.
  • To release, support with hands as you roll back onto the ground with hips and legs.
  • Come up again to the seated position.
