Slowing Down and Finding Ease

A grounding class that encourages relaxation and ease through seated stretches and gentle movement.

Today’s session

In this lesson, the pace slows down to give your body time to release and recover. The focus is on comfort, awareness, and allowing movement to feel natural and unforced. This type of practice supports balance in your routine and helps prevent unnecessary tension.

As you move through the poses, let your breathing stay relaxed and steady. Use each exhale as an opportunity to soften and settle into the shape you are in. If your body asks for stillness, honor that by pausing or resting.

Practices like this help you reconnect with subtle sensations in the body. By slowing down, you are learning how to listen more closely and respond with care, which is an important part of a sustainable yoga practice.
