Instructies

  • From a seated position come on to hands and knees, back intodownward facing dog.
  • Pull the right knee into your belly and push the right straight leg through to left side.
  • Turn your left heal down for stability.
  • Lift your left arm up and back bringing your weight on to right arm.
  • Hold this position for 5 to 10 deep breaths.
  • To release, exhale and come back into downward facing dog.
  • Come onto knees and back to seated position.
