Instructies
- From a seated position, come onto hands and knees.
- Shift back into downward facing dog.
- Step your left leg forward with bent knee into the pigeon pose.
- Lengthen the right leg back.
- Bend the right knee and reach back up with your right hand and grab your right foot.
- You can also hook the right elbow and lift left hand up and back to clasp hands together behind the back.
- Hold this position for a minimum of 5 breaths.
- Release your right hand and right foot.
- Place your hands on the ground in front and step back to downward facing dog.
- Return to seated position.
