Instructies

  • From a seated position, come onto hands and knees.
  • Shift back into downward facing dog.
  • Step your left leg forward with bent knee into the pigeon pose.
  • Lengthen the right leg back.
  • Bend the right knee and reach back up with your right hand and grab your right foot.
  • You can also hook the right elbow and lift left hand up and back to clasp hands together behind the back.
  • Hold this position for a minimum of 5 breaths.
  • Release your right hand and right foot.
  • Place your hands on the ground in front and step back to downward facing dog.
  • Return to seated position.
