Instructies
- From a seated position, come onto hands and knees.
- Shift back into downward facing dog.
- Step your right leg forward with bent knee into the pigeon pose.
- Lengthen the left leg back.
- Bend the left knee and reach back up with your left hand and grab your left foot.
- You can also hook the left elbow and lift right hand up and back to clasp hands together behind the back.
- Hold this pose for a minimum of 5 breaths.
- Release your left hand and left foot.
- Place your hands on the ground in front and step back to downward facing dog.
- Return to seated position.
