Instructies
- From seated position, come on hands and knees and then lower down to lying flat on the belly.
- Place your arms straight beside the body, with your hands on the ground and palms facing up.
- Inhale and lift your head, upper chest and legs together off of the ground.
- Continue to push back of hand into the ground.
- Hold for a few breaths then bend your elbows and squeeze them into your waist.
- Placing your palms of hands on the ground while continuing to lift upper chest and legs from the ground.
- Hold this position for a minimum of 5 breaths.
- Release back to the floor and return to seated position.
