Instructies

  • From seated position, come on hands and knees and then lower down to lying flat on the belly.
  • Place your arms straight beside the body, with your hands on the ground and palms facing up.
  • Inhale and lift your head, upper chest and legs together off of the ground.
  • Continue to push back of hand into the ground.
  • Hold for a few breaths then bend your elbows and squeeze them into your waist.
  • Placing your palms of hands on the ground while continuing to lift upper chest and legs from the ground.
  • Hold this position for a minimum of 5 breaths.
  • Release back to the floor and return to seated position.
