  • From seated position, roll back intoplow poseholding the knees bent.
  • Roll back up into a seated balance pose engaging the belly and not allowing feet to touch the floor.
  • Keep both legs straight.
  • Hold for a minimum of 5 breaths.
  • Release feet back to the floor and return to seated position.
