Instructies

  • From seated position straighten your legs out in front you.
  • Bend the right knee and pull it up close to the body.
  • Open the right knee out to the side while placing right foot to the inside of the left leg.
  • Inhale and raise arms up and reach forward towards the left straight leg or foot.
  • Keeping the spine straight and belly and towards left thigh.
  • Hold this position for a minimum of 5 breaths.
  • To come out, inhale and release the left leg and sit up.
  • Then release the right leg out in front to return to sitting.
