Instructies
- From seated position straighten your legs out in front you.
- Bend the right knee and pull it up close to the body.
- Open the right knee out to the side while placing right foot to the inside of the left leg.
- Inhale and raise arms up and reach forward towards the left straight leg or foot.
- Keeping the spine straight and belly and towards left thigh.
- Hold this position for a minimum of 5 breaths.
- To come out, inhale and release the left leg and sit up.
- Then release the right leg out in front to return to sitting.
