Instructies

  • From standing position, step your right foot back so that both feet are facing forward.
  • Reach your arms behind your back and grab opposite the elbow to help keep the chest open.
  • Exhale and bend forward at the hip with a straight back, taking the belly towards the front thigh.
  • Keep the neck relaxed and neutral in line with the spine.
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds to a minute.
  • Return to standing.
