- FromDownward Dog step into a High Lunge with your leftfoot.
- Exhale and turn your torso to the left, till you’re facing directly over the left leg.
- Bend your right elbow and bring it to the outside of the left knee.
- Resist the elbow and knee against each other.
- Turn your head to look at the left arm.
- Lengthen and soften the belly.
- Extend the spine with each inhalation and increase the twist as you exhale.
- Stay in this position for 30 seconds to one minute.
- Return toDownward Dog.
