Instructies

  • Come into a seated position with your legs straight out in front of you.
  • Bend your left knee and bring your left foot on top of your right thigh into half lotus position.
  • Wrap your left arm behind your back and grab either your shirt or your left foot or big toe.
  • Inhale and raise your right arm into the air.
  • Exhale and fold forward taking your right hand towards your right foot.
  • Hold your hand where you are comfortable and the spine is long.
  • Stay in the pose 5 deep breaths, longer if desired.
  • Return to the seated position.
