Instructies
- Come into a seated position with your legs straight out in front of you.
- Bend your left knee and bring your left foot on top of your right thigh into half lotus position.
- Wrap your left arm behind your back and grab either your shirt or your left foot or big toe.
- Inhale and raise your right arm into the air.
- Exhale and fold forward taking your right hand towards your right foot.
- Hold your hand where you are comfortable and the spine is long.
- Stay in the pose 5 deep breaths, longer if desired.
- Return to the seated position.
