Instructies

  • Come into a seated position with your legs straight out in front of you.
  • Bend your left knee, pull it up towards your chest.
  • Then fold it back beside your left hip on the floor. 
  • Inhale and raise your arms
  • Exhale and fold forward taking your hands towards your right foot.
  • Hold your hands where you are comfortable and the spine is long.
  • Stay in the pose 5 deep breaths, longer if desired.
  • Return to the seated position.
