- From a seated position come onto your hands and knees.
- Shift back into down facing dog and step your left foot forward.
- Turn your feet and walk your hands on the floor to the long side of your mat.
- Your feet are grounded and parallel with the outside edges of your mat.
- Keeping your back flat and fold forward with a straight spine, place your hands between your feet.
- Relax the face and neck and remain in this position for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- On an inhalation return to a seated position.
