From a seated position, bring your legs out and fold yourleft leg in towards the body.Bend your right knee and grab your right big toe with your left peace fingers (index & middle finger).Straighten your right leg as much as possible, while lifting the leg higher towards or behind the right elbow.Take your right hand to the ground in front of your right leg.Look back towards the left, under your left armpit.Hold this position for 30 seconds while taking long deep breaths.
Return into a seated position.
