  • FromDownward Dog raise your rightleg up to the ceiling.
  • Keep your shoulders parallel to the ground.
  • Gaze at your left thigh or up towards your belly to help you stay balanced.
  • Bend your right knee and stack your right hip over your left hip.
  • Stay in this position for 30 seconds to one minute.
  • Return toDownward Dog.

To finish, lie down comfortably on your back and allow your body to fully relax. This moment of relaxation is calledShavasana. Taking this moment to calm both your body and mind is an essential part of your Yoga practice. Let go of any effort, soften your breathing, and give yourself a few quiet moments to rest. When you’re ready, gently get back up and carrying this calm with you into the rest of your day.
