Opening the Hips and Improving Balance

A gentle class that focuses on hip mobility and stability while continuing to build balance and confidence.

Sessie van vandaag

In this lesson, the focus is on creating space in the hips while maintaining steadiness through the legs. These poses help improve posture, balance, and overall ease of movement. Take your time transitioning between poses and allow yourself to settle before moving on.

Breathing remains an important guide throughout today’s practice. Aim for slow, even breaths and notice how your body responds as you move. If you feel unsteady or tight, soften the effort and reconnect with your breath. There is no rush and no expectation to go deeper than feels comfortable.

Hip opening work can feel subtle or intense depending on the body. Stay patient and respectful of your limits. With regular practice, these movements will feel more natural and supportive, helping you feel stronger and more grounded over time
