Instructions

  • From seated position straighten your legs out in front you.
  • Bend the left knee and pull it up close to the body.
  • Keep your left foot active and flexed.
  • Inhale and move the right arm up and reach forward towards your left toes.
  • Rotate the right arm towards your right bent knee and wrap the arm around the bent knee.
  • Wrap your left arm around your back and clasp hands together while folding forward towards left leg.
  • Hold this position for a minimum of 5 breaths.
  • To release, let go of the hands, sit up and straighten right leg.
  • Come back to sitting position.
