Instructions
- Sitting on the floor slide yourright foot under your left leg to the outside of your lefthip.
- Stack your left leg on top of the right, keeping your front torso long.
- Exhale and fold forward from your groins.
- Lay your hands on the floor in front of your shins.
- Hold one minute or more.
- Inhale the torso upright.
- Uncross your legs to come of out the pose.
