Instructions

Come into a seated position with your legs straight out in front of you.Bend your right knee and bring your right foot on top of your left thigh into half lotus position.Wrap your right arm behind your back and grab either your shirt or your right foot or big toe.Inhale and raise your left arm into the air.Exhale and fold forward taking your left hand towards your left foot.Hold your hand where you are comfortable and the spine is long.Stay in the pose 5 deep breaths, longer if desired.Return to the seated position.
