Instructions
- Come into a seated position with your legs straight out in front of you.
- Bend your right knee, pull it up towards your chest.
- Then fold it back beside your right hip on the floor.
- Inhale and raise your arms
- Exhale and fold forward taking your hands towards your left foot.
- Hold your hands where you are comfortable and the spine is long.
- Stay in the pose 5 deep breaths, longer if desired.
- Return to the seated position.
