Instructions

  • From a seated position and come onto your hands and knees.
  • Shift back into down facing dog.
  • Reach your right leg straight up and back in the same diagonal line as the spin and your arms.
  • Hold this position for 5-10 deep breaths.
  • Exhale, lower your right leg and come back into down facing dog.
  • Come back onto the hands and knees, into a seated position.
