Instructions
- From a seated position and come onto your hands and knees.
- Shift back into down facing dog.
- Reach your left leg straight up and back in the same diagonal line as the spin and your arms.
- Hold this position for 5-10 deep breaths.
- Exhale, lower your left leg and come back into down facing dog.
- Come back onto the hands and knees, into a seated position.
