Instructions

  • From a seated position come onto your hands and knees.
  • Shift back into down facing dog and step your left foot forward.
  • Turn your feet and walk your hands on the floor to the long side of your mat.
  • Your feet are grounded and parallel with the outside edges of your mat.
  • Keeping your back flat and fold forward with a straight spine.
  • Lift your arms to the sides with your back parallel to the ground.
  • Twist your upper body to the left, by taking your right hand towards your left foot and taking your left arm up, towards the ceiling.
  • Hold the pose for 5 deep breaths, longer if desired.
  • Return to a seated position.
