Instructions

  • From a seated position come onto your hands and knees.
  • Shift back into down facing dog and step your left foot forward.
  • Turn your feet and walk your hands on the floor to the long side of your mat.
  • Your feet are grounded and parallel with the outside edges of your mat.
  • Keeping your back flat and fold forward with a straight spine.
  • Lift your arms out to the sides with your back parallel to the ground.
  • Take your arms behind your back and wrap your fingers together.
  • Exhale, and fold forward with a straight spine, taking your head towards the ground while lifting your arms to open your shoulders.
  • Hold this position for 5 to 10 deep breaths.
  • On an inhalation return to a seated position.
