Instructions

  • From a standing position fold your body forward and bring your hands to the floor.
  • Bend your knees and come up on your toes.
  • Walk your hands to the right and place them flat on the ground, while twisting your body.
  • Raise your hips slightly and shift forward, making a shelf with your bent elbows.
  • Take a little rest and then place the outside of the right thigh onto one or both elbows.
  • Tip forward, until your feet come off the ground and into a hand balance.
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds to a minute, or longer if desired.
  • To return, tip back, place your feet back on the ground.
  • Walk your hands back to the front.
  • Straighten the legs into a forward bend.
  • Place your hands on your knees and press up to standing position.
