Instructions
- From a standing position fold your body forward and bring your hands to the floor.
- Bend your knees and come up on your toes.
- Walk your hands to the right and place them flat on the ground, while twisting your body.
- Raise your hips slightly and shift forward, making a shelf with your bent elbows.
- Take a little rest and then place the outside of the right thigh onto one or both elbows.
- Tip forward, until your feet come off the ground and into a hand balance.
- Hold this position for 30 seconds to a minute, or longer if desired.
- To return, tip back, place your feet back on the ground.
- Walk your hands back to the front.
- Straighten the legs into a forward bend.
- Place your hands on your knees and press up to standing position.
