Instructions

  • From a seated position come on to hands and knees, back into downward facing dog.
  • Pull the left knee into your belly and push the left straight leg through to right side.
  • Turn your right heal down for stability.
  • Lift your right arm up and back bringing your weight on to left arm.
  • Hold this position for 5 to 10 deep breaths.
  • To release, exhale and come back into downward facing dog.
  • Come onto knees and back to seated position.
