Instructions

  • From seated position, roll onto your back, flat on the ground.
  • Place hands under your tailbone, your hips stay on the ground.
  • Lift your chest off the ground and arch back to touch the ground with the top of the head.
  • If you feel stable, you can release the hands and reach them out in a diagonal line.
  • Eventually you could lift the legs in the same angle.
  • To release, roll to the side and come back to seated position.
