Instructions
- From a seated position come onto your hands and knees.
- Shift back into down facing dog and step your left foot forward.
- Place your right knee on the floor.
- Take your left arm on the inside of your left foot, while moving your left foot slightly wider.
- Fold forward, taking your elbows towards the ground and keep your belly long.
- Lift your right knee from the ground and keep your spine long.
- Stay in this position for 5 to 10 deep breaths
- To come out of the position, exhale, place your hands stable on the mat under your shoulders and shift back into a down facing dog.
- Return to a seated position.
