Instructions

  • From a seated position come onto your hands and knees.
  • Shift back into down facing dog and step your left foot forward.
  • Place your right knee on the floor.
  • Take your left arm on the inside of your left foot, while moving your left foot slightly wider.
  • Fold forward, taking your elbows towards the ground and keep your belly long.
  • Lift your right knee from the ground and keep your spine long.
  • Stay in this position for 5 to 10 deep breaths
  • To come out of the position, exhale, place your hands stable on the mat under your shoulders and shift back into a down facing dog.
  • Return to a seated position.
