Instructions
From a seated position, bring your legs out and fold yourright leg in towards the body.Bend your left knee and grab your left big toe with your right peace fingers (index & middle finger).Straighten your left leg as much as possible, while lifting the leg higher towards or behind the left elbow.Take your left hand to the ground in front of your left leg.Look back towards the right, under your right armpit.Hold this position for 30 seconds while taking long deep breaths.
Return to a seated position.
