Slowing Down and Integrating the Practice

A calm and grounding class that helps integrate what you have learned while preparing the body and mind for rest.

Today’s session

In this lesson, the focus is on slowing down and allowing your practice to settle. After many days of movement, strength, and balance, today is about integration rather than effort. You will revisit familiar poses with a softer approach, giving your body space to absorb the work you have done.

As you move, keep your breathing relaxed and unforced. Let each inhale feel natural and each exhale help you release tension. There is no need to push or perfect anything in this class. Comfort, awareness, and presence are the priorities.

This practice supports recovery and reflection. By slowing down, you give your body and mind time to recognize progress, build resilience, and prepare for the final class of the course.
