In this lesson, you will begin to place more attention on the muscles along the sides of the body. These areas play an important role in posture, balance, and core support. The intention today is to feel strong and supported without rushing or forcing effort.
As you move through the practice, keep your breathing steady and calm. Side focused poses may feel unfamiliar at first, so give yourself time to adjust. If something feels too demanding, reduce the effort and focus on maintaining control and awareness.
This lesson helps you develop strength in a balanced way. By working with the side body, you are improving coordination and stability that will support many other poses as the course continues.
