Instructions

  • FromDownward Dog step into a Warrior Two, bring the right hand down to the leftleg.
  • Bring the left arm up next to your ear.
  • Keeping the left knee bend and directly over the ankle reach the right hand down as your come into a back bend.
  • Bring your gaze up to the left finger tips.
  • Stay in this position for 30 seconds to one minute.
  • Return toDownward Dog.
