Stability, Focus, and Gentle Twists

A focused class that builds stability in standing poses while introducing simple twisting movements.

Today’s session

In this lesson, you will begin to combine strength, balance, and focus. The intention is to stay steady in simple standing poses while adding small twists that encourage coordination and awareness. Move with control and allow yourself time to adjust in each position.

Twisting poses invite attention and concentration. As you practice, keep your breath smooth and steady, using it to stay calm and centered. If balance feels challenging, reduce the depth of the pose or slow down. Stability comes from patience, not force.

This lesson helps develop control through the core and spine, which supports better posture and balance over time. Stay present, move deliberately, and trust that these foundations are building steadily with each practice.
