Gentle Strength and Coordination

A steady practice that builds gentle strength while improving coordination and smooth transitions.

Today’s session

In this lesson, you will begin to connect strength and movement in a more continuous way. The focus is on controlled transitions and maintaining awareness as you shift between poses. Move at a pace that allows you to stay present and steady throughout the practice.

As the poses become slightly more active, let your breath support you. Try to keep your breathing smooth and unforced, even when effort increases. If you feel tired, slow down or rest. Yoga is about building strength gradually, not pushing past your limits.

This class introduces simple strengthening elements that prepare your body for longer flows later in the course. By practicing patience and consistency, you are developing both physical strength and mental focus.
