Finding Stability and Flow

A calm practice that introduces gentle lunges and simple transitions to build stability and confidence.

Today’s session

In this lesson, you will begin exploring slightly longer transitions and simple weight shifts. The focus today is on stability and control, helping you feel grounded as you move between poses. Take your time and allow each movement to feel deliberate rather than rushed.

Pay close attention to how your breath supports your movement. Let your breathing guide the pace of the practice, staying slow and steady throughout. If at any point you feel unsure or unbalanced, pause, adjust, or rest. Yoga is about responding to your body, not pushing through discomfort.

This class introduces gentle lunging movements that help wake up the legs and hips. These poses build strength and coordination in a gradual way, preparing your body for more dynamic flows later in the course. Stay relaxed, curious, and focused on how each pose feels in your body.
