Building Length and Control in the Legs

A focused class that improves leg flexibility while reinforcing balance and controlled movement.

Today’s session

In this lesson, the attention is on creating length in the legs while maintaining control and stability. You will work with standing stretches and balance based movements that encourage both flexibility and focus. Move slowly and give your body time to respond to each pose.

As you practice, keep your breath steady and supportive. Stretching the legs can bring strong sensations, so use your breathing to stay relaxed and present. If you feel strain, reduce the depth of the pose and prioritize comfort over range.

This lesson helps you build a sense of ease and confidence in standing stretches. Over time, these movements support smoother transitions, better balance, and improved posture in daily life.
