Building Confidence in Standing Poses

A supportive class that deepens familiarity with standing poses while improving strength and balance.

Today’s session

In this lesson, you will spend more time in standing poses, allowing your body to build strength and confidence. The aim today is to feel stable and supported as you hold poses for a little longer, without rushing through the practice.

Pay attention to how your feet connect with the floor and how that support travels upward through your legs. Keep your breath steady and relaxed, using it to maintain focus and calm. If you feel strain, ease back and adjust your effort.

Standing poses play an important role in building balance and body awareness. With repetition, these movements help improve posture and coordination, creating a strong foundation for future lessons.
